This article includes information about different apartments in Wrocław divided in three size ranges:
- Small group: (The smallest apartments) with an area in between of 20 and 40 Sqm
2. Medium group: (The in-between) The area in this group goes from 40 to 60 Sqm
3. Large group: (the biggest apartments) The area of this group is above 60 Sqm

These charts show the Average prices of apartments in Poland and in its different cities
First group: Small 20-40 sqm

The Minimum price is 1900 zł with an apartment with an area of 31 Sqm, as for the Minimum in Sqm the smallest is 20m2 with a price of 2050 zł.
On the other side the Maximum price is 3300 zł with an area of 39,65m2, but the Maximum area is 40 Sqm.
The Average Price is 2462,50 zł and the Average Sqm for the small houses is 31,22.

Second group: Medium 40-60 sqm

The Minimum price is 2500 zł with an apartment with an area of 49,5 Sqm and another with 44 Sqm, as for the Minimum in Sqm the smallest is 40m2 with a price of 2800 zł.
On the other side the Maximum price is 3800 zł with an area of 57,40m2, but the Maximum area is 60 Sqm with a rent price of 3500 zł.
The Average Price is 3310,70 zł and the Average Sqm for the medium houses is 49,74.

The Minimum price is 2900 zł with an apartment with an area of 62 Sqm and another with 65,59 Sqm, the Minimum in Sqm is 62m2, which is the house with the minimum price too.
Meanwhile the Maximum price is 12900 zł with an area of 106m2, but the Maximum area is 135 Sqm with a rent price of 8500 zł.
The Average Price is 5265 zł and the Average Sqm in the large houses group is 79,85.
